Blueberry Orange Sauce

    * 1/2 cup of sugar
    * 1tbsp cornstarch
    * 1cup of water
    * 1 orange, grated rind and juice of
    * 1 cup of blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)


In a medium saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch; blend in water, orange rind and juice and blueberries. Over medium heat, stirring constantly, cook until mixture is thickened and clear. Serve warm. Bookmark and Share
