The unique Carriage House, set in the centre of a mature natural mixed woodland with 60ft(20m) evergreens, is surrounded by manicured gardens on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The main living area is equipped with "Murphy bed", that folds down easily from the cabinet behind the sofa. The sofa folds-out to become a full sized double bed.
This new executive class, fully self-contained studio apartment with five sky lights and an extensive window seat is decorated in a southwestern decor with a mellow wood trim and terra cotta tile floors. This Queen size Murphy bed, in the Carriage House, folds up into the wall for more daytime living space!.
The Carriage House has amenities which, include; TV, DVD, CD player, WIFI, private telephone, fax, laundry and an air exchanger.
Prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with full stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee perculator.
The single beds in the Carriage House loft are a favourite with children. The window overlooks the tall tress a few meters away.
The Carriage House offers a unique view of the gardens that surround it. Sip your morning coffee and watch the birds and other small animals from the sunny windows of the Carriage House. The window seats are the perfect place for reading or just enjoying the peace and quiet of the garden.
A spacious private deck with gas barbecue overlooks the garden containing vegetables, berry bushes, grape vines and mixed fruit trees
